It includes two X-ray emitters, namely a high power minifocus unit and a high resolution microfocus unit, as well as a 5-axis sample handling system.
With two X-Ray sources, respectively with 225kV and 450kV and the "Rotating Target" technology, it allows the use of a smaller "Spot Size" for higher power, allowing results with higher resolution than the market standard.
It measures and determines the exact position of the various components inside the volume. It has an evolved 3D reconstruction tool, which allows modelling the object and thus enhances the evaluation of its integrity.
