1. 3,000 m² of test rooms including a clean room ISO7
   -For Passive parts: RLC meters
   -For Discrete and Power parts: Agilent B1505, curve tracers and power test benches
   -For Analog parts: Cohu ASL1000, Teradyne A370, NI PXI instruments
   -For Mixed-signal and Digital parts: Advantest 93000, LTX-Credence D10, MuTest MT5S
   -For RF parts: Rohde&Schwarz ZVA24, Rohde&Schwarz SMA100, power-meters
   -For ASICs: all types of equipment listed above
   -For All: ESD and Latch-up benches
   -Completed with Air Conditioners, an ISO5 cabinet, an 8’’ prober and cryogenic stations
