With a shock machine **Beyond Gravity is equipped to conduct shock tests under more extreme conditions than the shakers are capable of. Loads up to 150 kg can be tested with an acceleration of up to 2000 g and pulse durations between 0.2 and 50 ms.
The shock machine is capable to generate 6 up to 60 shocks per minute. For the specification of the test is to consider the correlation between weight and acceleration: shock[g] x pulse duration < 550.
Samples can be tested horizontally on the test table with size 69 x 65 cm as well as vertically on two different test tables with diameter 28 cm and 81 cm.
Following test methods are accredited or according to customer specifications:
- EN 60068-2-27
- EN 60721-3-2
- EN 61373
- EN 62146-1
