In our vacuum chambers of various geometries, test sample can not only be thermally cycled between -253°C (20 K) and 300°C or with an additional shroud up to 500°C. Also mechanical loads can be applied and electrical properties determined. The test samples vary from material coupons to entire subsystems. Functional performance and condition monitoring are also part of our test repertoire. With cold traps, MOC and PAC samples outgassing products can be collected and analysed.
For tests in a lower than atmospheric pressure we attach pressure regulators to our chambers to create low pressure environments like a Martian atmosphere, for example.
It is also possible to integrate our vacuum chambers in our universal testing machine to determine mechanical properties in a high vacuum and temperatures between -253°C (20 K) and 200°C. You can find out more about this in the mechanical tests section.
Feel free to contact us with your specific geometries and requirements so that we can optimally integrate them into our test infrastructure.
