2m3 Thermal Vacuum Chamber

Thermal vacuum chamber main plateau (1200x900mm) is made of four 300x900 mm independently controllable tables. Black painted screens and table are also independently contollable all over the temperature range. The plateau allows a global 500W power dissipation distributed all over each table.
A liquid nitrogen temperature cold trap will limit outgassing redistibution during the test process.
Each thermal zone is secured through both software and hardware systems.
The thermal vacuum chamber is fitted with 6 ISO-K DN200 flanges and offers d-sub,µ-d and SMA connectors. Other feedthroughs available on request.
The chamber is installed in a permanent ISO8 cleanroom with a dedicated preparation room.
Customers are hosted in a dedicated control room with remote access for test visualization. Dedicated ethernet connections enable EGSE’s remote control from hosts room.
Particulate and molecular contamination witnesses are available on request. Analysis results within 48 hours.
Thermal seal (ChoTherm1671) and MLI blankets are available on request.
