Liquid Rocket Propulsion Testing

PLD Space offers different facilities to test liquid rocket engines at its Propulsion Test Facilities in the Airport of Teruel.

PLD Space has tested its own in-house developed engines, as well as DLR engines. These rocket engines use as propellants Liquid Oxygen (Cryogenic) and Kerosene.

Rocket engine thrust up to 50 kN. With upcoming upgrades maximum thrust might be double.

Up to know, more than 100 different tests (injectors, ignitors, complete engine tests, etc) have been already performed here:

First privately managed liquid rocket propulsion test facilities in Europe.
