The thermal vacuum cycling chamber is a vertically configured 3m diameter TVAC chamber with an optical bench. A thermal conditioning unit (GN2/LN2) can be used from -196°C to 80°C, as well as a He closed loop system for cryogenic applications (< 20K). The chamber can be further extended with welcoming collimators.
