The vacuum chamber and data acquisition system based on LabVIEW were developed by Kyutech. The chamber has a rail for installing article. Drypump makes a clean low vacuum condition. Turbo Molecular Pump and Cryogenic pump makes a high vacuum condition. A monitoring room is available for long term test.
