AEONs CERES facility has the testing capabilities for spectroscopy and options:
Wide-band light sources (200nm - 3000nm)
Low loss self-verifying monochromator
Several detectors available covering a range of 200nm-3000nm
Assorted optomechanical hardware
Optional creation of jigs, fixtures and MGSE with the support of rapid prototyping service onsite
Configurable with vacuum chambers and cleanrooms
AEON have a linear and rotary assembly for the installation and manipulation of optics via precise steppermotor control.
Optical capacity up to 300mm diameter, with the ability to define custom test profiles (i.e. number of points, translation between points, desired wavelength range, spectral resolution).
