The LDS V984 LS electrodynamic vibration shaker is located within FOURIER building, "mechanical tests" part.
The vibrator is coupled with a DPAK 192kVA Amplifier and to a transformer.
This vibration test facility is able to perform tests on specimens up to 2000 kg, with high level sine, random, and shock vibration tests.
With a LDS HBT 1220 auxiliary table or a head expander, this test facility can perform test along the 3 axis.
The LDS V984 can be coupled with two different configurations a slip-table:
• Standard configuration: LDS HBT 1220 auxiliary table guided by 7 hydrostatic bearings
• Extended configuration: LDS HBT 2100 auxiliary table guided by 12 hydrostatic bearings
