Mechanical Transport Test Service
As a part of environmental testing Beyond Gravity offers to perform also a transport test. These tests are used to simulate typical handling errors in the loading and unloading process of cargo.
For transport tests with large test samples a crane which is mounted to the ceiling is used. With this crane the drop height can be set up to 3 meters. The free fall is caused by an electromagnetic clasp and therefore is secure and standardised. Following surfaces can be used:
- Concrete -Sand/gravel
- Wood
