Vibration Test Facility

Located at Benevento (Italy) find an electrodynamic TIRA shaker system of 49,5 kN located inside an ISO 8 class cleanroom of about 60 squares meters with a lifting crane for the movement and hoisting of the test items up to 1000 kg.

Through the digital control system of the facility with the software VibrationView of the VR Corporation it is possible to simulate a multitude of excitations such as: sine, sine dwell, resonance tracking, sine on random, random, random on random and transient (classical shock e SRS) from 4 a 3 kHz with the maximum acceleration levels.

The control and data acquisition system is made up of 8 VR8500 modules with a total of 32 acquisition channels, expandable on request.

ICP accelerometers of the PCB Piezotronics is available.

The system has a wide interfaces pattern to integrate the test items both in the vertical position with the head expander (800 mm diameter) than in horizontal position with the slip table (915 x 915 mm).

With the internal CNC mechanical workshop it is possible to design and to manufacture specific test fixtures according to customer needs.
