THERMAL TESTS WITH SOLAR SIMULATION

Since 1997, BİAS is serving as a R&D solutions provider to industry regarding mechanical engineering and up to mechatronics, having 110 employees in which 60 of them are engineers. 22 engineers are giving analysis-simulation services in vibrations, acoustics, dynamic simulation, CFD, composite analysis, explicit analysis, and etc. BİAS is the largest private accredited testing center operator in Turkey, dedicated to automotive but also giving service to other industrial companies, having various numbers of environmental test systems, large hydraulic based mechanical testing infrastructure and various measurement systems and also experienced in data collection-processing, instrumentation and testing specification preparation.
BİAS is experienced esp. in automotive, defense and aerospace engineering projects. BİAS is the first company designing and producing mechanical test systems and their controllers in Turkey. Acoustical measurement systems development is another expert area of BİAS. BİAS, having mechanical design and manufacturing capabilities, was involved in several driveline components design and manufacturing projects.
BİAS has various numbers of environmental testing systems, mechanical testing systems and measurement system in its testing center infrastructure. Within 30 employees at test center, BİAS can deliver dedicated services in wide range of test&measurement. BİAS test center is the largest private test center in Turkey.
Testing center has EN 17025 accreditation for various standards. BİAS can deliver pre-test, and post-test services like road load data collection&processing, fixture design&analysis&production, instrumentation, vibration or strain gauge measurements.
