The MCI Machine (Mass, Centering & Inertia) allows us to perform the precise measurement of physical properties of the specimen under test.
It is performed with an oscillating Schenck Table and a positionner.
Precision of the measurement
- CoG : In plane axis ± 2 mm / Out of plane axis ± 5 mm
- MoI : In plane axis ± 2% / Out of plane axis ± 1%
- PoI : ± 10 m²kg
Required specification of the specimen
The test article shall have a CoG of minimum 1600 mm height for a mass between 800 kg and 3200 kg
