EMC Tests Facilities

INTA has more than 50 years of experience in performing EMC testing to equipment, subsystems and systems for civilian, aeronautical, military and space projects.
Among others, INTA EMC Area has the capability to perform EMC tests according to Mil-STD-461G and ESA ECSS-E-ST-20-07C standards.
Main facilities:
• Semi-anechoic chamber (SAC):
o L24m x W14m x H10m
o Access door W3.3m x H3.6m
o Optional full anechoic as required
o Cleanliness: ISO 8 (up to ISO 5 with portable laminar flux
cabinet)

• Mode Tuned Chamber (MTC):
o L7.5m x W5.5m x H4.5m
o Frequency range: 100MHz to 40GHz
o Access door W1.8m x H2m

• Small Mode Tuned Chamber (SMTC):
o L4.2m x W51.9m x H41.8m
o Frequency range: 400MHz to 40GHz
o Access door W3.8m x H1.5m

• Integration Area directly connected with SAC main door
o L7.5m x W12m x H6.5m
o UPS, vacuum system and compress air supply
o Cleanliness: ISO 8 (up to ISO 5 with portable laminar flux
cabinet)
o Ready to perform conducted test for space environment.
