Shock testing

Accredited shock testing of space technology (nanosatellites, subsystems, components), shock response spectrum up to 20000 g's at 10 kHz. Metal-to-metal pendulum hammer system which enables to simulate pyroshocks.

SRS adjustment:

  • changing the angle of the impact
  • adding extra mass to the impact hammer
  • damping the shock with different materials (if the acceleration is too high at the higher frequency end for example)
  • two different hammer setups, vertical and horizontal (different SRS profiles achieved)
