Lunar Research Service (LRS) offers hardware testing in extreme environments. LRS evaluate all aspects of structural dynamics, including vibration, vibroacoustics, modal characteristics, sound transmission loss, and shock testing.
LRS provides an unprecedented ability to test anything – active electronics, solar cells, materials, systems, subsystems, and communication links are examples. LRS environment includes extreme levels of hard vacuum and temperature extremes, UV and vibrations, electromagnetic environmental effects. LRS makes available downlink data, experiment commanding, high definition photos and data from numerous environmental sensors.
